Kolkata: City giant East Bengal will face Mohun Bagan in the second leg derby at Salt Lake Stadium tomorrow. Red and Gold supports cheered their team at the club ground today with their slogans. Mohun Bagan’s star Haitian forward Sony Norde will not play this derby as he appealed for release for his injury and the officials granted it last night.

“Football is a team game we will play against Mohun Bagan’s eleven men. Yes, Sony is a good player but others in the team are also very good. So we have to play well against them. The defeated us in the previous derby.” said East Bengal coach Khalid Jamil while talking to the media at their home ground.

Despite the absence of regular Bagan goalkeeper Shilton Paul and many other star players Khalid don’t want to look his team as the favorite side rather he was bit defensive saying, “Every team gives their 100% against East Bengal and Mohun Bagan is not at all the exception.”

Khalid will start with two strikers as Dudu Omagbemi will look to combine with Willis Plaza as the Red and Gold brigade is not in a very good shape for last few games. Khalid said to the supports to pray for the team so that they can win the crucial Kolkata derby.
