Internet Desk: Pakistan skipper Misbah-ul-Haq has hinted in the post match press-conference that he might retire from international cricket. He further added that he would make the decision in next couple of days.

After his team’s crushing defeat to the Aussies in the Boxing Day Test in Melbourne, the captain seemed heartbroken as he said that it is time to think about his future.

Misbah also said he was not sure of his participation in the final test in Sydney next week. He said that he had given thought to his recent contribution to the team.

Misbah led Pakistan collapsed on the final day of the second Test against Australia, giving the hosts an innings and 18-run victory.

A disappointed Misbah told reporters, "If I´m not contributing, there´s no point in hanging around."

The skipper has had a dismal tour, scoring 11 in the first innings and nine runs in total in the first Test in Brisbane.

Friday´s collapse marked the second time that Pakistan had been bundled out on the final day of a Test match on their tour of New Zealand and Australia.

Earlier, they had lost nine wickets after tea on the fifth day of the second Test against New Zealand in Hamilton last month. They lost the match by 138 runs and the two-match series 2-0.
