Watch: Kusal Perera faced nasty collision. What happened next?

XtraTime Web Desk: Sri Lanka cricket team’s top order batsman Kusal Perera hurt himself while trying of taking a catch at long-on boundary during the third Test against the Windies at Kensington Oval in Bridgetown. He was taken to a nearby hospital from the field in an ambulance after he crashed himself on a signboard while trying of taking a catch. After the incident Kushal was seen rubbing his chest for assistance.

"He was cleared of any serious injury," the Sri Lankan team manager Asanka Gurusinha told Cricinfo.

"But we will have to see how he comes up tomorrow morning before making a decision. He is very sore," Gurusinha said.

The Islanders were just 63 runs away from their first ever Test victory over the Windies after an action-packed third day of the last Test. At stumps, though the match is still hanging on balance with Sri Lanka on 81 for five in their second innings.
