Lodging always plays a crucial role in FIFA World Cup tourism, Russia is not an exception too. But there will be some good news for the fans.

Here comes the biggest surprise for football lovers across the globe who are planning to go to Russia¸ pay through bitcoin, Russian media reports.
Russia is going to host a few major events of FIFA 2018. Matches are expected to take place at 12 stadiums in 11 different cities of Russia. 32 national teams would participate in this world cup.
This is the first ever mundial to be held in Russian province. The world largest nation is expecting football fans from all around the globe. However, majority of the football fans are coming from England, Spain, Serbia, Nigeria, Croatia and Morocco. Hence, the Russian government has decided to make the events more memorable football lovers.
Russian government will accept bitcoin payments from football fans. All Kaliningrad hotels are collaborating with local payment provider for this purpose. Sadly, hotels have increased their room charges just before the World Cup. The current accommodation price is nearly ten times greater than the regular ones. As per the new rate, a single room will cost around $300 (18,000 RUB) during matches.
Anna Subbotina, manager of Apartments Malina, says they haven’t worked with any digital currency yet. Thus, the entire team is looking forward towards FIFA.
