Being appointed as the brand ambassador of the biggest event of the physically challenged athletes, Ronaldinho started his inspirational procedure for the athletes to join the Paralympics.
Ronaldinho said he was a big fan of the Paralympics and decided to make the single because he was inspired by the determination, courage and perseverance of the athletes.
The former Brazilian soccer star joined the tune along with Jhama and Pablo Luiz of his country. The tune named ‘Eu sou do mundo, um vencedor’ (I come from the world, a winner) caught the attention of the soccer star as an ‘inspiring’ one.
He said, "We composed this song thinking of them (the athletes) and to give them strength and motivation. They are more than winners, they are super-athletes. I will be in the audience watching them."
The president of the Brazilian Paralympic Committee, Andrew Parsons, hailed the initiative for helping to "engage fans".
