Internet Desk: The first halted by the 28th in Wimbledon yesterday.
After 30 consecutive grand slam victories Novak Djokovic was losing by
two sets when rain forced to stop the match against Sam Querrey of
America by 7-6(8-6), 6-1. The fate of the Wimbledon favourite is hung
till today’s rest match.

Until yesterday it was a smooth journey for Djokovic in the Wimbledon.
He reached the third round defeating Adrian Mannarino by 6-4, 6-3.
7-6(7-5). It was seemed that it will be an easy matter for no.1 to win
the third round as Sam Querrey is the 28th seed from America.

As the match of the third round preceded both the big-servers started
challenging each other. However, yesterday Sam was looking confident
to return hard. Djokovic managed a tie-break though Sam won it 8-6.
The loss of first four serves cost him huge. Out of frustration he
started hitting the net in the second round. As a result it was an
easy win for Sam in the second set.

As Sam was advancing smoothly towards making a history in this
Wimbledon, rain forced them to go under the sheds.

For Djokovic it is not the first time to lose the first two sets.
However, yesterday it was seemed like he was losing control over the
game gradually. At the beginning of the second set Sam Querrey earned
a break point with 2-1. After that Djokovic made repeated errors to
face 3-1. This led him to lose the second set.  After the second set
lose he was seemed out of the match.

Today Sam Querrey has the challenge to retain the winning performance
to create a history. On the other hand Djokovic has a tough challenge
to win the match.
