Kolkata , December 09 : Bollywood Badshah Shahrukh Khan will be conferred a honorary membership by Kolkata football giants Kingfisher East Bengal club . Shahrukh will be in the city for the promotion of his upcoming film Dilwale on December 21 or 22 . The event will take place at the club grounds .The club officials are in talks with the organizers of the event to get the confirmation from the Bollywood superstar . The idea is to get King Khan for about 30 minutes for the club event . Founder members of the club will also be felicitated on the same day along with the groundsman . The groundsman will be given financial support along with blankets . The proposed residential football academy of the club in New Town on January 16 . It is also decided at the executive committee meeting that the team bus will be given for hire at a price of Rs 22000 per 200 kms /10 hours or for Rs 16000 per 100km/6 hour . The club gymnasium can be used by the non members upon a deposit of Rs15000 per anum . General secretary Kalyan Majumder announced the club is in no hurry to take the fourth foreigner . On being asked why the club is delaying the signing of fourth foreigner while arch rivals Mohun Bagan have already signed all their foreigners , East Bengal secretary replied in his customery style ,“ We do not have a Tutu Bose , but at the same time none of our footballers can complain about not getting their salary on time .”
