BCCI told to depute official to Hyderabad match. Image Source: XtraTime[/caption]Internet Desk: A bench of Hyderabad High Court has stated that, a BCCI observer will keep an eye in the first test match to be played from February 9 between India-Bangladesh.
The bench comprises Acting Justice Ramesh Ranganathan and Justice Shameem Akther, reacted on a hearing PIL filed by an advocate, M Govind Reddy, featuring statement against Hydrabad Cricket Association (HCA), that they are not following the guidelines issued by Justice RM Lodha Committee.
In order to look after the affairs of HCA for the proposed match, the petitioner desired for an appointment of an administrator.
The bench has clearly stated that, the old committee of Hyderabad Cricket Association 2014 will submit the Association fund in bank account and it would be spent only after a discussion with the observer. BCCI will elect one more observer who will give a financial overlook and old committee will do their job under him.
The matter report is to be submitted to the court by 27th February.
